Background and Qualifications

Advanced Property Management is a privately held Community Association Management Company with offices in Pleasant Hill and Sacramento, California.  The firm was founded in 1986 to provide premier pro-active management services to residential and commercial owners associations.

The Company is uniquely positioned in the association management industry because the Board of Directors works directly with the principals of Advanced Property Management.  Attention to detail with prompt and professional response is our standard. We are dedicated to establishing a select clientele for whom we provide exceptional management services.  Our objective is to have the reputation that we are the very best at association management.  With direct accountability to the Board and its association members, prompt high quality service is assured. 

In order to address the primary needs of the association, we have designed an efficient organization that provides the full range of association related services including property management, financial services, and landscape services.  An association may utilize one or more of our service categories:

Advanced Property Management has experienced and qualified personnel whose priority is to provide excellent service to our clients.    Our Homeowner Liaisons are skilled in customer service and homeowners association management. They are experienced problem solvers and carefully follow through on all association matters.   Our accounting staff and administrative staff are highly qualified in accounting and possess either banking or insurance backgrounds.  Our accounting department includes the qualified oversight of a certified public accountant (CPA).
