The professional staff at Advanced Property Management is knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate management. Jay Spangenberg and Marco Babich have more than 30 years experience in association and property management, banking/finance, accounting, asset management, and construction services. The principals are uniquely qualified based on their professional experience. Both Jay and Marco have served as homeowner association board members. This perspective further enhances our ability to achieve client goals and enables Advanced Property Management to make mature business decisions as well as propose creative solutions to association issues. Additional experience includes Chief Financial Officer of Bedford Property Investors (NYSE REIT), Project Manager with Kemper Real Estate Management Company ($2 Billion in assets), Assistant Treasurer of Bedford Properties and Assistant Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer for Bank of America.
