Many documents and forms that are not open to the public can be accessed in the document section of the homeowner portal. These include CC&Rs, By-Laws, Meeting Minutes, Rules and Regulations, Design Guidelines, and more. Below you will find many of the day-to-day operational documents and forms.

Design Review Packet

This packet contains the forms needed for any alterations that require Association approval. 

Violation Complaint Report Form

This form can be used to report a violation of the Governing Documents.

Consent

Go paperless by submitting this form to the Association and receive notices and disclosures by email.

Tenant Registration Form

Use this form to register a tenent before they move in to meet the Association's Rental Restrictions 

Satelite Dish Policy and Acknowledgement 

Prior to installing a satelite dish or antenna, homeowners must submit this form confirming the installtion meets the policy.

How Long Do I have To Install My Backyard Landscape?


The Association’s CC&Rs require that within 6 months of purchasing your home a Landscape Plan must be submitted to the Association for Design Review to ensure your Landscaping meetig the Design Guidelines. The CC&Rs require that the approved Landscaping plan be installed within 9 months of purchasing your home.




Who serve on the Board of Directors?


The Board of Directors is intially made up of three members assigned by DR Horton. Following the first annual meeting, two additonal seats will be opened up for volunteer homeowners to serve. As the development is completed the three seats held by DR Horton representative will be filled by volunteer homeonwers. Eventually the Board of Directors will be made up completely by your neighbors, and possibly you, serving as volunteers to care for the needs of the Association.




How much are my monthly assessment?


The 2019 monthly assessments are $272.50 The Board approves changes to the monthly assessments with the annual budget, typically in a open Board meeting around November. Any change in the monthly assessments approved in with the annual budget becomes effective January 1 of the new year.




New FAQs will be added regularly.
